What GetRoasted is
GetRoasted generates an AI-written critique of a business or SaaS idea you submit. It's a tool for getting a fast, opinionated outside perspective — not professional legal, financial, or investment advice.
No guarantee of accuracy
Reports are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context only you have. A harsh score or a "DON'T BUILD" verdict is not a fact — it's one opinionated read of what you described. Decisions about your business are yours to make.
Acceptable use
Don't submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the service (including automating requests to it). We may rate-limit or block access that we reasonably believe is abusive.
Payment & refunds
Where a report requires payment, the charge covers the generation of that report. If something goes wrong on our end and you don't receive a report you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right.
Limitation of liability
GetRoasted is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for decisions you make based on a report, or for losses arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
